this program is like swimming lessons for our emotional well-being

We teach swimming for fear of drowning. Empower me within is like giving our young girls a life jacket for life’s waters - prevention ensures they navigate with confidence rather than sink in uncertainty.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

  • Empower Me Within is delivered in 8 modules either 1 module per week over 8 weeks or 2 modules per week on weekends. Each session will involve learning about the topic and skills to implement, plus a fun at and craft activity to further cement the concepts learnt

  • Week day workshops run from 4:15-5:30 and Weekend workshops run from 9:30-12:30.

    Additionally, it is a great idea to put aside a few minutes each week to talk about what was learnt and how they will implement that learning.

  • Absolutely. This program is an investment in lifelong skills. To make it accessible we offer online payments including credit/debit cards and Afterpay. We can also offer cash, bank transfer and payment plans by arrangement.

  • If this is something that you would be interested in and there is enough interest, we will schedule a future workshop for boys
