Each treatment plan is made just for you and seeks to address your unique circumstances whilst using a range of therapeutic tools to stimulate your body’s own innate healing capabilities. We utilise tools such as herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, and dietary and lifestyle recommendations to build a strong foundation for lasting health. Hi! I’m Louise! I’m a degree qualified naturopath and my goal is to empower you to achieve your greatest health. Often people turn to naturopathy because they are lacking in energy, struggling to get up in the morning and exhausted by the time they hit the pillow at the end of the day, propping themselves up with coffee and sugar just to make it through. Maybe your blood tests all look ‘fine’ but you definitely don’t feel fine, or you just can’t find a reason for your symptoms? Equiped with traditional practices and the latest in science with a healthy dose of mindset, lifestyle and sustainable habit building thrown in, having the energy to tackle the day is possible.

  • Your initial consultation is the first step in your journey to optimal wellness. Over the course of 1-hour, we will undertake a comprehensive assessment of your overall health and well-being.

    1. Detailed health history: We will ask a broad range of questions to gather as much information on your health story as possible including family history, your current health concerns and past challenges, your current food intake and lifestyle habits and routines.

    2. Your health goals: We'll work together to understand your health goals and create specific, measurable, and actionable steps tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer big changes or small, incremental steps, we're here to meet you where you are. Change is a gradual process, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way. We'll discuss your readiness for change and explore practical approaches to integrate naturopathic principles into your life. This collaborative dialogue ensures that recommendations align with your pace and comfort, paving the way for a sustainable path to better health.

    3. Pathology and Functional Testing (If necessary): To gain deeper insights into your health, we may discuss the option of functional testing or pathology. These tools can provide clarity on underlying factors contributing to your health concerns, allowing for targeted and effective treatment strategies. The decision to pursue testing is always made in collaboration with you, based on your individual needs and preferences.

    4. Your Treatment Plan: Once information and any necessary testing has been gathered, we can begin to put together a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. This plan encompasses dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, herbal medicine, and any necessary supplements, all centered around achieving your health goals.

  • Generally our journey will take place over a number of sessions where we continuously assess your progress, adjust treatment plans, prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations as needed. This iterative process ensures that your treatment plan evolves in response to your progress and any new insights that emerge.

    Complex health conditions are established over many weeks, months and often years of our lives and removing the barriers for your body to heal, providing the optimal healing environment and adjusting your habits and lifestyle can take time - the amount of time will vary from individual to individual and when the initial work is done but you still need support in building the habits to sustain optimal health, we have our 52-to-You program.

    You can generally expect 3-4 appointments to begin working towards your health goals, with further follow-ups as necessary.
